Overall the paper was good enough for the candidates who have done preparation beforehand. UPSC may declare the results of CDSE 2 2013 after four months. CDSE 2 2013 cut off may go up to 135 Marks for AFA, 120 marks for IMA, 95 for OTA and 105 for NA.
